Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (AU): 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (AU): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (flat rate, tracked)

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. You'll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your items, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale items, swimwear bottoms without the hygiene seal, cannot be returned.

How to return:

  1. Contact us at admin@barmelle.com with your order number.

  2. We'll send you return instructions.

  3. Once received and approved, store credit or exchange will be issued.
