Shipping
Orders ship from Sydney within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Australia Standard: 3-8 business days Express: 1-3 business days Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $50.
International Flat-rate tracked shipping: 7-14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Final sale items and swimwear bottoms without the hygiene seal intact cannot be returned.
To start a return, email admin@barmelle.com with your order number. We respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Store credit and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
