Orders ship from Sydney within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Australia

• Standard: 3-8 business days
• Express: 1-3 business days

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $50 AUD.

International

• Standard: 7-14 business days
• Rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-orders

If an item is listed as a pre-order, estimated dispatch dates appear on the product page. Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives.

Delays

Occasionally orders may be delayed by postal service disruptions or customs processing. If your order is taking longer than expected, email admin@barmelle.com and we'll check the status for you.
