Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Swimwear bottoms without the hygiene seal intact
  • Underwear
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Eligible returns are refunded via store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available unless required by law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email admin@barmelle.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.

How to start a return

Email admin@barmelle.com with your order number. We respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Store credit is processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for store credit, then place a new order for the piece you'd like.

European Union — 14 day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery without justification. Items must meet the standard return conditions above.
